RETURNS:
Returns can be made within 10 days after the purchase date as long
as the item has not been worn and is in the exact same condition as it was sent.
Any items returned for credit must be accompanied by an invoice and
pre-authorization. To receive authorization, please contact us via email
or phone. Items returned without pre-authorization will not be accepted. For
health reasons, earring purchases are final and can not be returned. All custom
made jewelry is non-refundable.
TAX:
Sales Tax is applicable for the state of Wisconsin only.
SHIPPING:
Shipping charges for international purchases will be sent on a
separate invoice for shipping costs before item will be shipped. Shipping within the Unites States is always free.

will be published in Step by Step Wire magazine and they temporarily have the
piece for publication photos. If you purchase a piece that will be published, it
may be several months before that piece will be returned to me.
